As your Well-being coach my philosophy is to focus on what has, can, and will work better for you in your life. Whereas traditional psychology has focused on what is “wrong” with people and what needs to be “fixed,” or even rooting around for problems to dwell on, I will work with you to harness your strengths, in order to improve the health behaviours you want to address.

What if I know what I have to do but I find it hard to do it?

My role is not to answer your questions, but it is to question your answers. If you really knew what to do you would already be doing it. I will work with you to help you line your beliefs and values with our goals and results will then follow.

How many sessions must I attend?

The number of seasons totally depend on the individual and their needs so you are completely in control of how many you do.

Are these sessions private?

Yes all sessions are 100% private and confidential.

How long are the 1-1 sessions?

Each 1-1 session is 50 minutes long (except initial consultation which is 30 minutes)

How much does each session cost?

Each 50 minute 1-1 private session is €70.
