What is Healthformation?
Healthformation is an 4-week transformation program that focuses on creating a better quality of life by becoming Fitter Healthier & Happier. This program will be led by our experts in the areas of Fitness, Well-Being and Mental Health.
Our fundamental belief is that your health and wellbeing should go much deeper than just your fats, carbs, protein and your quick fix diets. It is an integration of both your physical and mental well-being.
In today’s society, we get that the demands of work, kids, college & financial pressure and can lead to increased stress in our life. Which means our health and wellbeing is being challenged like never before.
After carrying out over 1200 1-1 consultations with people of all ages and gender who have struggled, especially in areas of emotional/comfort eating, learning how to say no and overthinking by experiencing this it helped us gain a greater understanding of what works to change habits and behaviors that does not serve you well.
