What is Healthformation?

Healthformation is an 6-week transformational program that focuses on creating a better quality of life by becoming Fitter Healthier & Happier. This program will be led by our experts in the areas of Fitness, Well-Being and Mental Health.

Our fundamental belief is that your health and wellbeing should go much deeper than just your fats, carbs, protein and your quick fix diets. It is an integration of both your physical and mental well-being.

In today’s society, we get that the demands of work, kids, college & financial pressure and can lead to increased stress in our life. Which means our health and wellbeing is being challenged like never before.

After carrying out over 1200 1-1 consultations with people of all ages and gender who have struggled, especially in areas of emotional/comfort eating, learning how to say no and overthinking by experiencing this it helped us gain a greater understanding of what works to change habits and behaviors that does not serve you well.

Objectives Of This Programme

  • You will create a greater understanding of your mental health & well-being.
  • Build a new awareness around your lifestyle, habits and behaviours, Relationships with food/drinks & the goals you desire.

  • Develop the tools to reduce the fear of failure and giving up on the results you desire.

  • Learn to take time for yourself (Me Time) to becoming the best version of you, for both you and the people closest to you.

  • Create a clear view about your future and gain clarity on how to measure success for you, in both your personal and professional life.

  • Unlimited Small Group Personal Training
  • Workouts each week, tailored to your needs and fitness levels.
  • Flexible Timetable with 25+ sessions per week to choose from.
  • 2 x 50 min 1-1 private Health & Wellness Coaching sessions, with our Expert Coach Colm.

Over the 2 sessions we will explore the 4 key areas in your life that are most likely holding you back and we will create a plan to help you GROW going forward.

First we’ll create your “big picture” of what you would like to achieve in your life and then we’ll break it down in small steps

Reality

Sometimes facing reality isn’t the easiest thing to do, but accepting your current situation can make you happier in the present and lead to a better future.

Obstacles

We’ll consider the choices that you have in front of you. There are many paths through life, but not all of them are realistic or convenient-and not all of them are fulfilling.

Way-Forward

We will remove the notion of perfect and replace it with progress and learn how to celebrate our small wins in life. Our goal is not to win everyday but to win more days than you lose.

When does it start?

Where will this take place?

All our coaching sessions and workouts take place at Me Time Trainings studio on the Donore RD Drogheda. 

What is the cost?

The cost is €289 or flexi option of €49.99 per/week inclusive of all 1-1 coaching sessions, unlimited workouts plus your extras.

What times is coaching at?

All coaching sessions will be organized for a time that suits both parties best, this can be mornings or evenings.

Are the workouts times flexible?

Yes, we have 25 workouts available from Mon-Fri, all workouts are 35min long which start and end on time. And can be booked through our own app or website.

Do I have to be fit?

Absolutely not, we all have different weaknesses and strengths that’s why all our workouts are tailored to your fitness levels and needs.
